1. Services
Odyssey Events provides full-service event planning and management services including but not limited to:
- Corporate Events
- Weddings
- Private Functions
- Brand Activations
- Equipment Hire
2. Bookings & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required to confirm a booking.
- The balance is due 7 days before the event date.
- Late payments may result in penalties or cancellation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
- Postponements are subject to availability.
4. Liability
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, load shedding, strikes, or pandemics).
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, logos, images, designs) is the property of Odyssey Events and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
